「Extremely friendly」

「Beautiful hotel. Brandon, the desk clerk was wonderful! So friendly and helpful! The hotel was immaculate and our room was wonderful. Large corner room, fantastic bathroom; only downside was traffic noise as the room was facing the Main Street. It quieted down around 11:30 pm but started up again around 5:30 am. Lovely courtyard area with fire pits and a beautiful lounger area where a very good continental breakfast was served. Went up to the roof top bar area for an awesome view, but was...

「We loved the charming hotel, gorgeous views of Little Traverse Bay and courteous staff. Renovations have made this historic landmark quite comfortable. We were able to easily ride our bikes into Petosky and to the State Park. Our room (which faced highway 31) was a bit noisier than expected. 」

「Nice breakfast provided. It is an older facility - kept up beautifully but the air conditioners are difficult to operate for seniors because they are low near the floor. Love the fresh cookies every day. Staff very welcoming. Nicely decorated. 」
