「After checking in, I found that there were a large area of dirty marks on the sheets in the arranged room. Unexpectedly, I didn't change the new sheets, so I had to ask to change the room! 「Here’s the stich, it was a long weekend and the hotel was insanely busy. Despite this, only two elevators worked. It was painful to wait sometimes up to 10 minutes for an elevator. We were also not fans of the air conditioner in the room. It made a very loud noise and it hurt our ears. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast and pool. The hotel is in a great location.」

「warm and welcoming like a self-Service home. Nice furnitures, Nice View. There are Target, Whole food market very closed, a Classic Church , An appreciating PItts Public Library beside the hotel, and guess what, Duolingo located around too. Thank you for your warm treatment, Kasa. And touched by visiting Pittsburgh Public Library and Pittsburgh Symphony, Heinz Hall, Pittsburgh City, CMU, PU…..My Love. 「Very nice place for a family to stay, close to CMU and PU campus and point of view on the hill. I will come back next time and stay longer.」
