"I was met at the front desk my Hyatts associate Tiffany. She was very freindly kind and explained all about the hotel and the check in process. The issue was that the internet was not working and Tiffany could not finish the check in process. She tried both computers and nothing would work. She apologized profusely, offered a beverage, as i waited.After a short while Tiffany apologized again, abd told me that she would getme into my room and when the system came back on line, ahe would co tact...

"We are not of Hispanic descent and would have liked to have a regular American breakfast like scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and/or sausage gravy & toast. We don’t eat tacos & scrambled eggs for breakfast. The employees were very nice & helpful."

"Hotel was nice, quiet and clean. Staff that we engaged with were nice and helpful. Room with king bed was clean and comfortable. Loved that check-out was Noon instead of the standard 11am at most places. Didn't try the continental breakfast that was offered, so I can't provide a review on that part."

"Quiet area but a bit boring. The hotel had a feel of not being taken care of properly. Breakfast was OK but employees too eager to take it down even 30 minutes before finish..."

"The hotel was very nice and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and cozy, and the included breakfast was great. Viewing the main seating area from the above walkway was picture-esque. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!"

"I came here for just a day over the weekend for a little get away with my girls and this place was great! The rooms were clean which was very important to me. The front desk was very kind both during check in and check out. It was also very quiet which was nice to not hear all the other guests. Would highly recommend! The hotel is located in a shopping mall and with 3 places to eat. Which is very convenient & the free breakfast was great as well also very clean. Definitely recommend! "

"The room was comfortable and had a comfy chair. It was quiet. Close to the airport. Stayed here partly due to the restaurant but while I was there it was one person tending bar and cooking, no menu. Didn't try to get breakfast. I accidentally left a lot of groceries in the room and they told me they automatically throw away anything in the refrigerator. "

"Very comfortable and well kept property. Beds were very comfortable. Pleasant and helpful staff at front desk. Great breakfast buffet with lots of variety. One elevator wasn't working which was kind of a hassle. Pool was nice but no hot tub. "

"Me and my husband always go to this Sonesta.. employees are always super nice and respectful… the rooms are always clean.. the only thing that this time down side is that someone was hosting a party and couldn’t sleep until 3 am… had to complain twice and i usually don’t but it was too late and they weren’t just loud they were banging on things and I had to be up at 6 am"

"Property could definitely use some updates. There is no elevator so if you aren’t able to do stairs, request the first level! Bistro/Restaurant was less than impressive but it was still nice to have an option onsite "
