"This is an old property. We were there for a wedding and power went out. We checked out early and hotel gave us credit for one night. The best thing about hotel is the staff. They made reception happen for the wedding. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable."

"Got hit by a tornado during my stay but that wasn't the hotel's fault. That aside, bed was extremely comfortable and had the best sleep I've had in a while. Apart from the tornado in the middle of the night, of course."

"The staff were very friendly. They were very helpful. Unfortunately overnight huge storm knocked out electricity and downed trees around the property. We were better off than just across the interstate where buildings were leveled. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. They handled it very professionally. "

"Excellent check in experience - friendly young man at the counter. The only downside was the tornado warning. However the staff were professional and knew what to do, which is a feat at 1:45 AM... Power was out all night as a result, but that's obviously out of their control. 10/ best hotel for waiting out a tornado."

"Breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel self-serve. Place was clean and spacious. Bed was adequate(not wonderful for me, but I'm picky). My daughter and I also used the pool. Pretty basic, but no complaints there. Plenty of towels to dry off with . Would be happy to stay again. The only drawback was I think the prices were higher than usual, because we stayed one week after the tornado hit. The prices seemed inflated"
