「I stayed here for 2 weeks and think this would be my go-to hotel anytime I come back to Chicago to see friends and family in the future. The room was clean, which is the most important thing to me. There was more lighting in the room than most of the hotels I've stayed at, which I liked. On weekdays it was so quiet and peaceful. On weekends, there were loads of children making a non-stop ruckus using the halls as a playground but never after 10 PM. But the weekdays were very serene. It's next...

「I was hesitant to book here because of some of the reviews and the location and exterior look of the property. But it surpassed all expectations! Great staff, clean, and the bathroom especially was nice with a little bow they leave on the toilet paper and nice big and hot walk in shower with actual bottles of pumpable soap instead of cheap little bars. Plentiful parking too. Loved it!」

「The overall stay was ok. (Parking and breakfast). Staff were nice. The room was the most dissatisfied of the stay. It had a musty smell to it which probably the rug needs to be cleaned. The air/heat conditioner was so loud that it was hard to sleep. You could also hear vehicles on the road maybe from the highway close by. They clean rooms every other day. WiFi was a bit challenging as well.」
