「The bath towels weren’t enough, and whenever we needed more we had to go down to the first floor to get them. there is no sheet to cover sofa bed，also we need extra blanket， except those things， other things r very good」

「Because my flight was delayed due to weather conditions I was unable to check in for my first night and upon arriving the next day found out that my reservation was cancelled with no notification and left with no where to stay. Extremely disappointed」

「We stayed two nights at this property, it is not a hotel at all, it is rooms for stay. The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself. The first night we returned back, the front door to the building was wide open, we were scared to enter the building, and someone was parked in our designated space. I immediately contacted Expedia and they were not able to reach Norman....
