「This was my second stay at this hotel, and unfortunately it will be my last. I stayed for multiple nights and booked two rooms. From the start, the reservation process was a mess. One room was correctly listed under my name and loyalty account, while the second room was assigned to a completely different name and membership account. Despite acknowledging the mistake, staff claimed they could not properly correct it. They charged me for the room but only changed the name, leaving the incorrect...

「Checkin was easy and the staff friendly. Ample parking. Room was clean, bathrooms were updated. Kitchette was newer with nice appliances, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc...Keurg coffee maker. Shampoo and body wash were nice and provided in the shower..lotion and soap provided at sink. Restaurant downstairs, nicely kept pool area, convenience beach access. Large, natural lot next door. It was a very easy and enjoyable weekend.」

「We were a little concerned about some of the prior negative comments but we found none of it to be true! We had a fantastic time and our room was extremely clean staff was very helpful. Yes the hotel is old and could use a little sprucing up in the common areas but overall was fine!」
