「My stay here was great. The receptionist was very helpful. I had an issue with their customer laundry. The dryer cost $2 and when I pulled my clothes out they were still wringing wet but the lady at the desk took them to their drying room and dried them for me. NOW THAT'S EXCELLENT SERVICE! Would definitely go back 👌」

「The room was amazing. Most of the staff was amazing. When i arrived to the hotel the staff that greeted me was very rude and disrespectful. She wasn't very friendly and very stand offish. My stay was exceptional with the exception of this employee. 」

「The staff when we first arrived were so friendly. Room was decent, though there was a large gap in between the door and the frame. Things went downhill our second night there. We were placed on the main floor, down from the lobby. At around midnight, we heard a large amount of people talking loudly. My husband went to the front desk to learn that an engagement party was being held in the meeting room next to our room. Their solution was to close the door to the meeting room. 「Very nice and quiet! Great scenery」

「It was an average place. Nothing fancy. It is basically what you would think of as a cottage on a lake. Mismatched broken furniture. Dirty mattress on upstairs bunk bed. Didn’t see any bugs but I’m thinking I may have gotten head lice from the pillows. The skillets and stuff had to be scrubbed before we could use them. We did see some sort of water bug that’s to be expected on a lake. The internet is horrible I had to use my hotspot for a firestick on the tv. No one else’s phones would work on...
