"Hotel very nice, clean, friendly staff. Sketchy neighborhood and mediocre breakfast Maybe add some real oatmeal with brown sugar instead of the instant kind, with toppings like nuts and berries. Also more fresh fruits like bananas. "

" Our family was at the Aurora Inn for one night on our way to Pennsylvania; it was so nice we wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived early evening (with 2 hungry grandchildren). After checking in and finding our room we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant as it was after 7. The wait staff was great; put us in an out of the way booth to accommodate our 2yr old and 7yr old grands, who were hungry and tired. And the food was fabulous! My husband really loved the turntable in the room and the albums in the lobby. So many nice amenities. I think we would drive here again (from Bay City, MI) just for the food! Friendly, helpful,above and beyond staff. Lovely, beautiful 100 year old inn with so much charm: highly recommend!!"
