This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was dirty, had pee on the toilet, a KFC cup, and old tips in the room when we checked in. The staff took on average 20-25 minutes to come to the desk when I needed help, the breakfast was stale bagels, and old cereal with no milk. The staff was zero help. I tried to leave early but they refused to refund. Absolutely disgusting, STAY AWAY!

Nothing worked. Key didn’t work had to go back down from the 3rd floor to get new keys made. They charge $25 a wrist band to go into the pool room EVEN IF YOUR NOT SWIMMING. Jacuzzi was broken. Refrigerator had mold in it. I was a lucky one my room was available but I watched many people come back and have to switch rooms because things were broken, uncleaned, and not working. Check-in is 4pm, pool closes at 8 so you got 4 hrs to get to your room settle in and run to the pool and swim before it closes for $25 A PERSON. Make sure you put all ppl coming on the reservation to get your bands free. Restaurant charged me for plastic utensils. One elevator worked. I could keep going but second worse experience I’ve had at a hotel. NOT coming back. Male staff member was simply delightful everybody else behind that counter were not as professional as he was.

The staff was rude and inconsiderate one of my rooms had a bed bug in it,My daughter wanted to swim and the pool closes at 8p I was checking in at 5:30p by the time they got my rooms situated it was 7:15 pm this caused my daughter to have a terrible birthday weekend it was terrible and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to nobody

I am embarrassed for the leadership of this Ramada hotel in Cleveland, Ohio From check in to exiting the facility was bad! The boss lady at check in was yelling at two young employees! At approx 3am loud music playing in cars. After a very long check in period we finally got to our room, dirty and unkept! No towels, no toilet paper, we had to call to get it delivered. Reminents of previous occupants! Let just leave it at that. Half the lights inside the hotel were off or not working.

My reservation wasn’t paid for even though I paid on Expedia. My room wasn’t clean. There are minimal amenities and only one elevator working. No ice machine.

The park I lot is barely light up my room was outdated no wash clothes gum stuck on my head board just awful all around. I attempted to cancel but the property wouldn't allow it I see why because after seeing the room nobody would've stayed there.

The 1st room was disgusting so we asked for a different one. It wasn't much better. Breakfast was a joke - no coffee the 1st day, lukewarm water for tea the 2nd day. Will never stay there again.

I want a refund left because was stuck in parking lot had to pay for a tow truck to get my car out of the parking lot and no heat at all in the common area and no towels or Toilet paper in the room and when I asked I was given a hand towel and one roll of toilet paper. Called Ramada in Corp complained asked to be refunded and they stated had to contact you the 3rd party. The tow alone was 100.00 can provide pictures if needed.

The room was just okay. Not exactly as clean as id like but not bad. We arrived late at night due to a flight delay and once we checked in we were directed to the elevators to get to our floor. We were warned that there were no lights on down the hallway because the manager wanted them turned off at night, it was quite dark and didn't feel very safe travelling alone with my daughter. And we were also warned about terrible sound the elevator made but only on the 5th floor. My daughter was so scared by it we had to take the stairs the rest of the trip. Also the breakfast was terrible. Not much to offer, everything looked old and stale, and even the coffee didn't offer anything but sugar, equal and powdered creamer. I mean at least provide some half and half or something? Needless to say we went out for breakfast instead. Money I didn't plan on spending. Hotel was very old and in rough shape overall. Also when I booked I didn't intend on bringing my 12 year old daughter but at the last minute decided to do so. Because she wasn't on my original reservation they wanted me to pay an additional $25 cash only (seems shady) to get her a wristband to be able to have breakfast and to use the pool. We didn't even try to use the pool so I can't speak for what that would have been like. Wasn't going to pay additional money for that when I can only imagine it was like the rest of the hotel.
