"I booked a room on July 2nd for 2 days and I told the front desk clerk that it was my birthday and first time here. About 30 minutes later I heard a knock at the door and they surprised me with a handwritten note wishing me a happy birthday from all the staff and a goodie bag with a little wine. This goes really far for hard-working mom plus a full-time student that just needed time away from the norm. I can't thank you enough."

"We were only spending the day as we were having work done on our house. The staff were so nice. Great room, at end of hall, nice and quiet (which was great as we had two small dogs with us). Nice breakfast options."
