埃爾斯米爾 3 星級飯店

「The room was clean and comfortable. It had the vibes of staying with your wealthy estranged uncle. I say that with utmost respect and as a compliment. The interior design is unique and very luxuriously cozy. My husband needed a bandaid, he called the desk to ask if they had any and they did and they offered to bring a single bandaid up to our room on the 11th floor at 10pm at night. 11/10 hospitality. Courteous valet, good pricing. Many food choices, restaurant on the first level and options...

「Our room 335 was a mess… pee stained sheets, 2 shirts we are guessing from the people before us and A/C sometimes worked. They really need to get better cleaners or update the property.」

「Price and location were good. Breakfast wasn’t good. My kids were excited because they love eat breakfast at hotels but it was a big disappointment. Also other patrons had issues with breakfast not being great. We also checked in late at night and the receptionist was very nice.」
