"This is the absolutely the best hotel. Allen at the front desk is a rare gem. I checked in on Friday the 26th knowing that the next day Moore was expected to get tornado action. When I asked what floor, I was on (3rd) I asked if there was a room on the first and he immediately changed my room to first floor to make me more comfortable and explained the plan that was in place in the event of a tornado. "have stayed here 4 years in a row, when running in OKC Marathon. Staff has always been very accommodating to needs of runners. (slow runner= late checkout) Also very weather aware plan and place to ride out Oklahoma Storms. Will be booking rooms again for marathon next year."

"Had to park in the back of the hotel. None of the exterior door worked for our keys. Had to walk around the building to the front entrance in the middle of a bad storm just to get to our room. None of the parking lights were on. Other than that, everything was great. The rooms were clean and the staff was nice."
