「As soon as you walked in, the hotel had a terrible smell, and was even worse in the room. So strong that it gave you a headache 」

「I picked this hotel because they offered a free breakfast. When I went to get the breakfast I was stopped by staff who asked what room I was staying in. I provided my room number and i was told that my room did not come with a free breakfast. I don't appreciate the bait and switch so I will never stay at an IHG property in the future.」

「This is a good choice for travelers with pets but this Hampton Inn lacks ANY pet free rooms. You can tell when you walk the hallways that this is a pet friendly hotel. It isn’t dirty — definitely cleaner than some hotels out there. But we could tell that animals had stayed in our room. 」
