"Excellent location, reasonable breakfast selection, excellent room service. However, decor of bedroom was lack lustre and dated, nothing like in the website pictures and the breakfast room a dingy blue windowless room at the back full of worn chunky old chairs. Having said that it was a reasonably comfortable stay after we had the old grey bed linen changed to (near) white!"

"Even after booking through Expedia, the property refuses to allot any rooms as they haven’t got any confirmation or the payment from Expedia on the booking. So we hv to look for another hotel and get through a lot of mental harassment "

"The Loft is a well priced hotel that has large rooms, clean bathrooms, hot water, good electricity and well placed on the Eastern side of Siliguri. The staff is friendly, the resturant has a good menue. For the money it is a good place to stay."
