There were so many negatives about my stay. For exp., I paid in advance for four buffet breakfast over 2 days and I didn't get any breakfast on any of the. I asked restaurant staff if I could get anything at 6:00 a.m. that's the time I will leave on both days. The the restaurant manager said that they won't be able to serve anything at 6:00 a.m. this was a first experience in any of the Indian hotels I have stayed in during last 30 years or maybe more. They always prepare something for the breakfast whenever I wanted to. Many of them even packed lunch or dinner for the road. Here I had paid in advance and still got nothing.
Another bad experience was Wi-Fi that was included in the package. The front desk gave a password that never worked. I called housekeeping to come and check. They never showed up
The room was hot when we checked in. Bathroom was stuffy. However up and request they brought some air freshener and sprayed.
The room doesn't have a list of phone number and zero doesn't ring on the front desk car housekeeping.
Would never go back to this hotel.
A great little hotel for big events like weddings so on. We found the rooms small but comfortable and clean. Nicely situated on a main road between airport and Boydgaya. Any foreign visitors beware. The tu-tu from hotel to market (Domuhan) costs 10 ruppies for locals but 100 for you. There are no bus, uber or ola, so figure this in your budget. If you fancy Indian curry the resort's own restaurant could step in competently. When we were there it chaotic and dusty outside deal to heavy road works and traffics.
The stay was wonderful and the staff was so polite and their hospitality was too good .One must try the floating basket in the swimming pool ,it was worth to give a try .
One of the best place to stay!
Very spacious room and fast service made our day. Food was mouth watering. Very professional behaviour with courtesy.
I recommend all to stay there.
The property is too beautiful from inside especially from inside. The lightning at night was eye catching .The food quality and taste was top notch. The service was appreciable .
Hotel is newly built, gives you a wonderful feeling when you stay there unlike hotels when they get old. Hotel staff was helpful especially GM of the hotel Mr. Kumar Suresh, he is humble and lives upto his commitments. They also provided food without onion and garlic during Shradh days.
The room had bedbugs and when I went to leave after only being an hour in the room they refused to give me a refund for the room. Staff was belligerent. Would not stay or recommend.
Very dissatisfied with our stay. There were insects everywhere, our linens in all 3 rooms looked soiled. Still awaiting a response from expedia and hotel about a refund that was supposed to be issued.

Disliked: Staff & service
I booked a lodging plan including BF. And I paid in cash when I had a dinner at the hotel restaurant. But when I check out, they tried to charge me both again, and it took time for them to withdraw the both charges. I found hotel staff are not professional and they totally spoiled my good memory of staying Gaya.
My stay was terrible on many counts. Most importantly, the GM was rude and discourteous and not inclined to take feedback. There are many other issues but the main issue of rude behaviour is the main factor I will never consider this hotel again.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Rooms were large, but staff not well aware of or not provided the essentials. TV was not functioning as channel subscription was not taken. Hotel works on very limited staff, so turnaround time is very long. The staff tried to help within the limited means they were provided. The restaurant was a little better. The facility is hiredvout for marriages, so there is lot of noise at night.
