"They stole my money. I cancelled within minutes of booking and they refused to refund me. No one stayed in the room - they just kept my money when I was simply trying to help another person."

"When I pulled up I was greeted by an enormius rat running across the lot. The lobby reeked of a oke.. Both ciggies and weed. Hallways as well. Room was smoke free and comfy but noisy af with amtrack station next door."

"We were told that house keeping would be every other day.....not the we had to ask for towels daily....only time the room was serviced was on the 3rd day about 3pm.....we left Monday.......some staff were very helpful while others were busy in the back office and kept us and phone calls waiting....we will never stay at this hotel again"
