「I stayed one night after my husband had surgery at Albany Medical Center. The hotel is very convenient and I was just expecting a place to shower and sleep after a very long day. However it was way more than that. I was a distracted mess by the time I checked in and Denzel at the front desk was kind and patient. I had dinner in the restaurant in the hotel. Everything was clean and I appreciated the refrigerator in my room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. 」

「An overall wonderful place to stay. Room was clean, beds were comfortable however there were old stains across the carpet but otherwise the room itself was clean and comfortable. The morning staff in the downstairs restaurant were very friendly and provided a wonderful service and delicious breakfast. Our only major complaint is the walls are thin. You can here next room conversations, babies crying, etc. The overall hotel and view of the river is fery nice as is the quaint town it rests in.」

「Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. The staff on duty promised to cover the extra transportation costs from the motel to the bus terminal for the next day and arranged a taxi for us. But we were kicked out of the taxi as the...

「Everything is excellent and clean, great bed great amenities- the water fall trail is rough but the view from the balcony is beautiful 」

「This accommodation is very cosy and very close to Windham Mountain. The room we had has a kitchenette and the only complaint is the bathroom door would be better as a door not sliding door. We went to see the fall foliage but please note Windham Mojntain does NOT do the skyrides anymore. If you stay here for that, you’ll have to drive to Hunter mountain. 」
