「Apparently, now you don’t have the both open at the same time. Lack staff. Room missing towels , water and hair dryer . These small things makes me might not return in August」

「This is an older property, a real "motel" in the classic sense. Its a lot bigger than it looks from the front parking lot. First I need to say this: we arrived with a scheduling problem. The front desk manager, Minh, was very understanding and super helpful. Between his help and Expedia's support staff, the problem was resolved quickly. The room was a king bed, super clean and recently updated. The bed was comfortable, the room large and the bathroom was very clean and with the usual amenities....
