「Great time. We went before everything was open on the strip. Still had an amazing time. Staff is great」

「It was a fairly nice place. We stayed in the front building on the third floor. The open balcony across the front was shared if you want to sit out which is fine. Great view! The carpet on the balcony really needed to be replaced. My big issue was there were no blackout drapes so the room never got dark at night. The overhead outside lights stayed on all night which would have been fine if the rooms had blackout curtains. The blinds were built into the patio doors and were light filtering....

「Overall, I think it was a pretty nice hotel and I would come back based on the location alone. The pool was pretty nice and the amenities were pretty okay. Biggest downside was that I was towing my small 5x8 utility trailer behind my SUV on my way to Laconia. When I parked my vehicle in the valet parking spot as I was told to do since the parking garages do not allow trailers, the gentleman that that parked us or took care of us that worked for the hotel said he was going to have to charge me...

「Expected more from an Ascend property than new furniture and trim surfaces in the bathroom. This is an older motel with new amenities. TV didn’t work. Window wasn’t locked and took effort to lock (single story hotel). The only friendly person on.the staff was the lady prepping breakfast. It was a decent location to get downtown.」

「Excellent hotel! Breakfast is good. They even provide light dinner for free! Room is big with kitchen! Must stay next time! Parking is an issue, but I travel with a residence friend here. It is not an issue to me.」

「No curb appeal from the road at all...yet..once behind property..everything changes!.Great bed..better pillows! None of the bedside lights or plugs were functioning...and upon entering room...no air conditioning on...and the room was over 90 degrees...took over 2 hours for it to cool down.. Views are superb...pool was relaxing!」
