「The good: Staff was amazing Bed was extremely comfortable Very good design of hotel Room was clean The bad: Gatorade bottle sat by level 2 elevator for 2 days spilt on floor with wet floor sign by it. Hotel does need some updating. Final thoughts: The hotel was just put under new ownership and has a lot of potential, the design is great the restaurant when it reopens will be a great set up as well. 「This place was excellent in every way. We wanted to see the Arch and it was less than a 1/2 mile walk from there. We could leave our car in the garage while we went and came back after noon to continue our trip. Very clean, nice breakfast. Everything we wanted!」

「Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. 」

「The staff new me by name when I walked in the door and it was my first time here she rolled out the red caroet told us about the places to go at and went overboard to accommodate us, I had to write a review. I called down to thank her but she left already I guess at 11pm 」
