「Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). 「We came to see the Big Boy Steam Engine 250 America tour. Fairfield was the perfect place to stay. Very kind helpful staff, clean comfortable room and beds. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices. The best part was our city view room. Enjoyed the Wheel & Union Station Light show each evening right from our room. Plus it was an easy walk to Union Station. We definitely plan to stay again when we're in the St. Louis area.」

「The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely helpful. Our only complaint was the parking. When we arrived, the check-in/valet parking was so crowded that we had no where to park. We circled the block a few times and then found off street parking about a block away. After we got checked in, we could park in the garage. Had it been better explained prior to arrival, it wouldn't have been as stressful.」
