「The property was great! The young men working valet and at the front desk were very kind and helpful!」

「The picture of the room on the website was not the room we stayed in. It was much different and a disappointment as we could not even use the pool, because it was filthy, including a layer of bugs on the top. If you like horror movies, you would have loved this as when we stepped off the elevator we had to use our phone flashlight to make our way to our room. The 2nd night (Halloween) it was like the shining, as they lit the hallway with tiny fake votive lights and stick them on the wall....

「This location was very clean, comfortable and very close to all the main attractions and restaurants! i highly recommend this hotel.」

「Perfect location to everything. A few minutes of walking and you’re at Bourbon street, French Quarter, or the trolley, restaurants, wherever. Perfect location if you don't have a car. Hotel is very nice and comfy. Nice breakfast. Loved the city view from the big room windows on the 17th floor where i stayed. You wont be disappointed staying here.」

「The decoration next to the hotel room I stayed in this time was too noisy, everything else was good」

「Nice hotel in a convenient location. The only downsides for me was I was put in an interior room without a window looking outside (my window went to the hallway.... weird) it threw off my natural clock. The thermostat has a mind of its own, it would get crazy hot at night」

「it is all good！」

「Clean room, beautiful hotel, excellent location, great staff. Our second stay and we will be back」

「房間在一樓 外面是餐廳吧台 不但吵而且燒烤煙味很重 跟櫃檯反應 並未處理 也不給換房 房間裡沒有咖啡機也無熱水壺 大廳提供的咖啡常是空的」
