"We always love staying at this property! The rooms are comfortable, staff is friendly/helpful, and breakfast is great. We had an air conditioner issue in our room this time as it would not come on. They began solving it as soon as it was reported to the front desk, and even sent maintenance the next day to ensure everything was still working."

"I locked this property because it was in downtown Dallas but easy to find. It was in walking distance to the House of blues which is the venue we were visiting. The room was very clean and comfortable and I felt safe here because it had controlled access into the hotel and even into the elevator. "

"Location was perfect for Texas Frightmare weekend, but the room was tight with no space. Mind you, I said 2 adults and 2 teens. It was unbearable. The AC froze up majority of our nights and sleep was limited. Pool was awesome. Sink was tiny and shower spilled over into the hall. "
