「The cabin was fine except for the one issue I had with the cleanliness. The dishwasher was full of half clean dishes. I say half clean because the dishwasher had been run, but the many of the dishes were not clean. I had to hand wash them first because I did not want to be blamed for putting away unclean dishes and washing them again in the dishwasher would have been futile. 」

「I needed a night at a "hotel" that would allow me to bring my dog. I make this trip from SC to PA often but had somehow missed this little gem of an RV park. We will definitely be back! 」

「I liked that this property was quiet and the employees at the service desk were very kind and helpful. They had a nice workout room. The pool area was very hot. The pool itself was very slippery with many hairs in the water. It didn’t feel very clean. The hot tub was out of order when we went. 」

「The hotel was great value, the best in the general area when I was searching. The room was very clean, and no problems with bugs, or any other general housekeeping issues. The only issue I had was trying to call the front desk twice to ask about late arrivals (no one picked up), and the mattresses could be upgraded, mine were very firm. Otherwise it was an excellent stay for the price!」

「Booked for a relaxing birthday vacation away from busy life in NY. The day of our arrival (hours before arriving) we were informed that the hot tub isn't working and won't be for at least another week. This was very disappointing because the hot tub was the only reason we booked here. We made the best of it and enjoyed the New River Gorge and it's many hikes.
