「The room was clean, and I mean surgical clean. I am one of those crazy people that check a room with a flashlight, and I couldn't find a speck of dust or a water spot in the bathroom. Staff is friendly, courteous and accommodating. Great little motel. There are a couple of community fire pits, free marshmallows to make smores, a couple of hacky sack games. 「We had a fabulous time at this property. Jeff, the host, was close by if we had a question (or to share some breakfast with him!). The home was comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. It was a great location for what we had planned.....hiking waterfalls in the area. It was close to grocery stores in Ithaca, and shopping too.
