「My room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was particularly nice with plenty of room. I appreciate a shower with good water pressure, and my bathroom had that. Love the view from the cupola and walk surrounding it.」

「The hotel is under construction in the lobby. Not a big deal; it would have been nice to know before booking. I like to use the lobby for working when traveling with my family. The room was beat up and worn. Only two full-size towels. Breakfast was very busy; not the staff's fault, but they were out of coffee and had limited hot food items left for guests.」

The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again. So I went down to check with the front desk. The lady at front desk is very rude and she said that is the system trasaction and she can do nothing. And nobody I can talk to. I have to...

「This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. It was extremely clean! The free breakfast had many choices and the staff was available for help. The rooms were very spacious with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop and microwave. There were plates, glasses and silverware. They even left a minature bottle of dishsoap and a scrub mommy to clean the dishes! I highly recommend this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs and we loved staying there!」
