"Very upset that although my stay was already paid for via Hotels.com and this was told to them at check-in, the hotel charged me upon arrival for the entire stay again anyway and when I questioned it, the front desk person put in a reversal that would still take 3-5 business days instead of voiding out that transaction so it tied my available money up on my credit card several days.
