"The staff were absolutely amazing! I hate that I don’t remember any names. Whoever worked between April 17-20 FIVE STARS! They were all amazing. From the shuttle driver, to housekeeping to the front desk clerk. "

"didn't get room requested due to "WHAT ?" - I'm a disabled VET and identified myself as so when i checked in . I have issues sleeping. requested upper room away from noise and pets odors and dander due to issues. However, was booked in room on 2nd floor in front of the atrium area noise and waffle irons beeping people talking each morning awaking us. I had requested accommodations at front desk at check in as I had when booking and desk attendant was aware of request during check in... Actions by employees like we experienced are not good for business and Wydham should function at a higher level than experienced.... also, when checking out this korning I did not get a receipt.... Need to know no extra charger were added... Thanks...."

"Daily breakfast ran out of food items. Ran out of plastic utensils and plates. Ran out of napkins. Always had to ask someone. Trash cans were always over full at breakfast. Gentleman at the front desk during the evening was unfriendly. Daytime staff was remarkable!!"

"The room was dirty upon arrival. It was trashy and the revoked smelled as if someone just smoked . They also made me deposit $100 to get access to the room although I booked through Expedia. I asked for clean towels and bed spread and the representative was disrespectful. I drove 6 hours to the hotel and did not stay. I arrived at 6:54pm checked out 8pm. As I was checking out the lady did not seem to care or adjust my room situation. I did not deserve this treatment or messy room. I have proof of my arrival time and my checking out time via my State Farm Safe Drive App that pin points my every move. I also have pictures of the room that was not as described. "

"Second time lucky! After my first scheduled visit was snowed off, I made it to the Longleaf this week and I LOVE it! Such a cool modern take on the old school motel. Wonderful staff, lovely rooms, amazing bar, my favourite garden in any smaller US hotel and the perfect location. Just the best package available! I genuinely cannot wait to go back again and to see the wonderful employees again and a little more of the city as my entire stay was under 18hrs! As Arnie once said: “I’ll be back”!"
