「First of all, I had a wonderful day at your hotel at the front desk. Sharon and Rachel were awesome. Very kind. Sweet and accommodated. Have a wonderful attitude. That alone will make me go back. Room is very clean very spacious and beautiful. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no microwave in the room. Other than that. It was amazing. 「Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. The staff on duty promised to cover the extra transportation costs from the motel to the bus terminal for the next day and arranged a taxi for us. But we were kicked out of the taxi as the...
