「I forgot to get the invoice and called them in few hours to email it. I was transferred to another centre where it was so difficult speak with a rep. Don’t understand why this was a difficult task for the rep I spoke with at the hotel. It literally took 20 minutes on the phone back and forth. 」

「Friendly staff, modern beautiful rooms and lobby, free bottled water upon check in, free coffee, fruit and muffins early in morning before free airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes 24 hr day. Nice market pantry with microwaveable quick meals and fresh salads for purchase along with beer/wine/sodas/water to take to your room. Lobby bistro opens at 6am. Perfect location close to CVG airport. Would stay again!」

「Great location. Comfy bed. Would have given 5 stars overall but we never got our room serviced and had to request towels, coffee, etc. But they were good about bringing the items to us.」
