「This is our second time staying here. My husband and I love the idea of a “Hotel on the water” literally! The boathouse is a great idea for a hotel. First we love the originality, then the cleanliness and comfort. The boathouses are compact but extremely comfortable. We will continue staying here when we come down to the Keys!」

「The property was very well maintained, staff was very friendly and inviting. Drinks were great at the bar and food was great out of the kitchen. Pool was clean and seemed to be heated. Would definitely recommend to stay at this resort and would come back, Thank you 」

「Seascape is a very nice place for relaxing and enjoying the keys. Close to everything. Place is very clean and the beach is beautiful. We took out the kayaks and went around and that was fun, we also used the bikes and enjoyed that. They let you borrow chairs and sunscreen pool toys, also the pool is very nice and clean. The safe is friendly and they talk to you and can give you a lot of advice on things and places to go and do in Marathon. Had a great time no complaints. Go and have a relaxing...

「Great place to stay. Brand new cabin. Still smelled like new inside. So close to the water. They had kayaks to take out. Places to sit around the fire pit. Bench to watch the ocean and see the sunset. Can even snorkel around the rocks on the jetty. We even rented a pontoon boat from the place go out and explore. Nice place. 」

「The house was really clean and confortable, outweigh by far my expectations. 」

「I absolutely loved this place and can't wait to go back. The boat was beautiful inside and had everything we needed. 」

「The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again.」

「We loved our stay at this villa! The view of the canal was great! The location was perfect for us. One of my favorite memories will always be coffee on the porch in the morning with family. We saw manatees almost every day in the canal. The pool was perfect! I have no complaints except you are only given 2 garbage bags for your entire stay and not enough toilet paper for a larger group. The coffee maker was broken when we arrived but a quick call to the property manager and a new one was...
