「Staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable 」

「Great breakfast, friendly staff, lovely grounds.」

「Good location near shopping mall and market. The room was spacious and comfortable but we needed to climb up the stairs with our heavy luggage. Dinner was delicious.」

「We were given a handi cap room which was not the best as everything was low sink, bed ect. We were not informed prior to our stay I would have booked elsewhere. To find our room was like a rabbit warren if a disabled person had to walk to the end of long and narrow corridors it would terrible. Not impressed at all」

「The hotel manager will directly send you an email detailing the hotel digital management and the digital lock system and the relevant passwords for digital locks and the food for breakfast before you set off to UK. 「Ok, so there was an issue with the room when arrived but after speaking with the hotel manager this was very quickly resolved whilst we enjoyed a complimentary drink and took ourselves on a quick tour of the stunning Rudloe Arms and grounds. The main building and its decor is fantastic and worth a trip just to see it. Later that evening, we had a dinner reservation where we were greeted warmly by a really attentive restaurant crew.
