It was clean and they thought of everything to keep their guests comfortable We had a mobile phone provided in our room which we could use to ask for food or extra towels for example The staff were extremely accomodating and each one went above and beyond. "We were there for a week and the breakfast was amazing every single day"

"Do not mistake the Express part of the resort for the Gardens part. Our Express room did not have a refrigerator, or even a kettle. It was of poor grade. The room kept falling apart. Even getting thru the resort to the Express building is difficult. The entire resort closed it's dining room for all lunch and dinner. The staff are friendly. No restraunts nor stores within walking distance."
