「Our microwave didn’t work. We didn’t have a frying pan and they were short staffed. Couldn’t use the outdoor pool for over an hour past it should have opened due to lack of life guard on premise」

「I mentioned that I was a Gold member per Expedia instruction to receive perks but received none. We also notified front desk about the loud noise from the room upstairs as it was already 11pm and people are still being loud. No actions were done. Probably won’t be back in this property.」

「I would not recommend this hotel. The ceiling above the shower was coming down, the towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the new flooring didn’t reach behind the toilet, a picture was removed from above the bed but the metal clips were still hanging there. And the batteries died in the card device of our room door so our security cards wouldn’t work. It was a Sunday and maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends. The front desk had to use a makeshift wire and string to feed under...

「The staff were so friendly, and the location was perfect as well, only 10 mins walk to the lakeside. But the pity thing is they dont privde breakfast 」
