「Overall decent place to stay, nice pool area although we didn’t use it.」

「The hot water was out for at least 30 hours. Having spent all day swimming, it was hard not to be able to bathe our kids but it was relieving when it was back on. It was a concern that they kept the restaurant open despite not being able to sanitize the dishes in hot water, so we did not eat there. In the waterpark, the residual water on the pool deck wasn't swept so it was always slippery due to pools of water accumulating. Our kids fell on the deck multiple times despite walking slowly. 「The place was older, but very clean. However our room smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking.」

「Rooms were nice and spacious bathroom was kind of small quite noisy there was a baseball tournament in town lots of kids running and making noise」

「Staff was very accommodating. The first room we got was not the best, the shower was just a trickle out of the shower head. They moved us to a poolside room. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was just a stone's throw away from the pool. The pool was a little cool but the hot tub was very nice. The bar was nice. We were there for almost 2 weeks visiting family. Overall a great stay.」
