「The toilets DO NOT flush! Our group of friends had taken three rooms and ALL of them had plumbing issues. One of them changed the room to another floor and still the same issue. Another one not only had the toilet blocked, but even the shower drain was plugged. Water went out of the washroom, into the room and out into the corridor while taking a shower. The staff is very friendly and helpful but it is impractical to call then every time one uses the toilet. Not giving one star because the...

「Poor facilities. Very small room.The toilet seat is unstable and shaking. Worst, the lady at the reception refused to accept the Expedia price of the room and demanded additional payment.」

「This hotel does not have a functioning back up generator and for the price of the rooms that is the least that should be provided.Definately would not recommend before asking about the backup generator 」
