「The environment is very good, the transportation and parking are convenient, the hotel is clean and sanitary, and the service is good.」

「The staff were extremely helpful and hospitable! Linda and Jennie helped with food service and made us feel like family! We had our bikes on the back of our car and felt safe leaving them unlocked in the secure parking garage. Everything was clean with a fun polka vibe.」

「There are two people who provided great customer service Raymond and Aundra!!! This was a horrible place to stay no housekeeping or clean sheets and not towel replacements!!!! The front desks has wrong notes and training to provide great customer service, the GM has horrible customer service I will never stay at this location again, it seems they can’t keep workers at this location just horrible」

「It was great hotel and beds were super soft for great night sleep. Loved the black out curtains. Our only negative was the family above us stomped around until after midnight preventing us from being able to go to sleep. Note: always as for top floor.」
