「We went to have a night out away from home and got everything we needed. It was relaxing from the moment we stepped in the door. We got a welcome drink went to our cozy room with a fireplace. We enjoyed the hot tub, park let and small gardens. The massage at the spa was great. Altogether the kind of relaxation a tired parenting couple needed. 」

「Stayed here for an overnight work trip and it was so comfortable that I didn't want to leave or wake up. Did wish there was non-dairy yogurt as an option for their continental breakfast but otherwise, location was perfect. I arrived on a Wednesday in May so I was able to take advantage of their farmers market which was right outside in the courthouse square so that was a huge bonus and a nice surprise.」

「The Highland Dell was a very well-kept and pristine property in a beautiful setting in the redwoods along the Russian River. The dining area and menu were excellent. The management and staff were all friendly and accommodating. I will recommend the Highland Dell to all my family and friends.」

「Really nicely appointed room with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, satellite TV, etc. Josh, the manager was very friendly and informative. Very quiet, view of the ocean, small outdoor space, hot tub on the grou ds - I was very happy with it.」

「Lovely old inn with charm and character, but in need of some repairs and a bit of a facelift. It has the land and potential to be more than it currently is: some touch up paint and maybe some cornhole or croquet in the backyard. Complimentary wine and homemade chocolate chip cookies and delicious breakfast. All in all a nice place to stay in walking distance of the square with restaurants and shops.」

「Loved the area and staff. Room was super clean and spacious. But the bed was terrible. Very uncomfortable. Noisy, squeaky mattress when moving and you could feel the springs when laying down. But the overall experience was awesome. 」

「Very comfortable bed with soaking tub and fireplace in room. Pool and jacuzzi etc very clean and the courtyard with beautiful garden. Will stay there again. 」

「We came in winter and we were the only one group of guest on that day. Room is not large but enough for two people. Water pressure for shower is not as good as normal hotel, which may due to their location.」
