「Khách sạn không cho tôi nhận phòng」

「Lovely staff and great breakfast options that are included in the stay. Would highly recommend!!」

「Roza Palace was a wonderful stay on Cat Ba Island. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even scheduling pick ups for transportation and restaurant reservations. Location in Cat Ba is also great. Highly recommend a stay here.」

「Cat Ba View Hotel may not be the most modern or luxurious hotel, and it doesn't offer amenities like a pool or gym, but what it lacks in facilities, it more than makes up for in hospitality. This is a small, family-run hotel, and Nam, the owner, along with his family, truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. 「The room is quite and there is a WinMart nearby, which is very convenient. I had a very comfortable stay. However, the sofa blocks the Kichenenette, so I hope the layout can be adjusted.」

「The Hotel didn't update the information about the rooms and views we are stays only few days and changed the Hotel the facilities looks dirty and old」

「跑步機放置有點不穩固，跑起來下方會有聲音」

「This 4-day visit was my third to The Light Hotel since 2015. Like my previous stays, the owner / manager, Jennie, and her staff provide 5-star accommodations, amenities and service for very reasonable cost. A small family-run hotel, you are welcomed and treated like family. My room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed and all the amenities of a 5-star hotel. Breakfast is good. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, ATM. I love the hotel and highly recommend it for your visit to Ha Long.」

「Goed zwembad, voldoende ontbijt. De kamer was ruim genoeg. Midden in het centrum van Catba, dus ideaal om een tour te starten.」
