I had no idea I would have to walk my luggage up two full flights of stairs to get to a third floor condo. "While the room was nice and the ocean view was beautiful the overall stay had issues. The property was under renovations and there was no indication of this at time of reservation. There was only one elevator available to guests until after 5pm each day. The gym was under renovation and closed. On top of the renovation issue there was a convention. The room was not ready at time of check-in and parking in the hotel lot was limited due to the conference and construction equipment. The room had an odd smell and there was no cutlery or dishes available in the kitchenette. The stay as a whole was ok, just disappointing that there was no notification of the renovations. "
