"THE BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING !! "

"Polish Staff were friendly and attentive. The room could be cleaned better, same goes with the outdoor pool. We had an issue with the freezer with a foul smell that lingered in the room. They took care of it the next day. The iron had some icky black stuff on it and they replaced it right away. Overall, good location and surrounded by a lot of shops. "

"My biggest gripes about this property was the restroom and the towels. First off, the towels were either stained, or they were dirty. I’d prefer the former but in a case it’s off putting when your towels appear dirty. The soaps in the restroom were empty and I when I asked the front desk if they could refill them they were polite in saying they would take care of it, but they didn’t get taken care of. Lastly, this was the most upsetting the shower was in terrible condition. Mold surrounded the drain and again nothing was done to take care of it. As for the breakfast, it was great with so many options to choose from. The highlight was the breakfast with cleanliness being my biggest disappointment."

"There were high winds the first night we stayed and power lines down Without electricity for about 6 hours and staff kept us updated on progress to get it fixed"

"Shower floor was dirty, you could tell it hadn’t been scrubbed in a while…there was a water ring on the nightstand so obviously that wasn’t wiped down. The worst part was that I booked and paid through Expedia and then hotel charged me on top of that TWICE!!! I had to get ahold of of the manager myself by hunting him down at the other hotel he manages! I guess he is the only one who can give refunds! All the phone calls and messages took place about a week after our stay! Staff that works there on a regular basis are useless since they pointed me to get in contact with the manager myself instead of being any help. "
