They lost water for 1 hr, yet no one informed us. As i walked downstairs, a water leak was right entryway wear my wife got wet. She had to go up and change outfit.

Air conditioners worked well, except in the hallways. Staff were great. Check in and parking was easy. Breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired considering the price, but was okay. My only real complaint was the water. Hot water in the sinks sometimes did not work unless you turned the bathtub on first. In the shower, if you didn't keep it all the way on hot it didn't maintain heat and would sporadically go cold. Pressure was okay-ish. My kids loved the free cookies and they had allergy free ones available.

Pros: Staff was courteous, good water pressure and hot water, room service, restaurant on site, walking distance to the Historic Market Square. Cons: The building is showing wear and needs maintenance throughout, lobby is quite chilly, no free breakfast, our toilet had a flapper issue that caused it to run for about 20 seconds every 5-10 minutes (we requested maintenance but either they did not show up or else did not fix the problem), front desk sent us to a double room first even though we reserved a king, location is near the freeway and surrounded by busy roads so is quite noisy.

There was a roach, hallways had an awful smell, the rooms weren’t clean. The room also had an unpleasant odor. No free breakfast or parking. It’s old doesn’t smell good and you have to pay for everything, it isn't worth the price. When I went to complain they had a roach all I was told was “okay we will spray it down

You rent your room but then have to pay $32.00 a day for parking. It’s like mandatory due to the location. Super Hot Water or Hot water are your options when showering & there is no water pressure. Personal experience, 3 day stay . No one came to clean the room . I requested towels and the person who delivered the towels had a poor piss attitude when dropping off the towels at my door. The guy with the funny mustache at front desk was amazing and helpful . Cookies were always warm when ask for daily. I guess you get what you pay for but for a Double Tree HILTON I was let down.

Wasn't sure about the area; it looked quiet enough. If you look hard enough you can find scratches in the entrances and around the doorframes, which really brings down the look, but the hotel looks nice enough. Hotel must have been quite lovely when it first opened. The staff are very kind and professional. The rooms were clean, and I slept well. Would probably stay again.
