「Lovely staff, warm breakfast, clean room」

「I did like the hotel layout and breakfast bar. The room was good and was pretty quiet. But, that’s about as far as you go with complements here. At check-in we were given a different room than booked. We booked with a tub and have no tub in the bathroom. There are no trash cans in the facility, other than in the lobby. So from the third floor, I have to travel all the way down the hall, and take the elevator to the lobby just to discard trash. All the receptacles in the hall clearly read...

「Had to drag our luggage a quarter mile uphill in 105 degree weather just to get to our hut. No ac or refrigerator. Left a day early because we had such a terrible experience」
