"The inn at Saratoga had so much character! Staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee in the lobby was delicious. Live music at the bar was appreciated. Easy walk to downtown Saratoga springs with lots of restaurants and shops. Felt very safe. Rooms were large and beds were comfotable"

"We ended up staying at Homewood Suites after a very disappointing experience checking into a different nearby chain hotel, and seeing an extremely unclean room. Homewood was a welcome change - their front desk agent was lovely and understanding, the room was spotless and we were able to get a larger room for less money. "

"One of our favorite "go to" places to stay. We have stayed off & on for weeks and it is always clean, comfortable and accomodating. Front desk is friendly & eager to help with everything from dining recommentations to quarters for laundry, which is rare at other hotels for some reason. Guest laundry is clean, inexpensive and super efficient. The pool is always sparkling clean & the perfect temp. The basketball court is another wonderfully thoughtful perk. "This is the third time we have stayed at the black bear lodge in Stratton and every time we stay our experience is the same.. excellent. The staff are all so nice and accommodating, the property is clean and the breakfast is perfect. The rooms are comfortable and clean, it really is the perfect place to stay in Vermont.
