"Very relaxing "

"Had a great time here. The area has a lot of nice restaurants and shopping plazas that you can walk to so that was great. Hotel was nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly. Pool and hot tub were great as well :) Thanks so much for the hospitality!"

"The breakfast offered was good. The only issue was that the staff member responsible for attending to the food did not promptly replace items as they ran out. It took 30 minutes for them to bring out a new dish of fresh fruits or scrambled eggs."

"I actually booked the wrong location for our trip but luckily it still worked out for us. During our trip only one elevator was working and room service didn’t even come on and grab the trash for a week stay until we asked the front office to let them know. Other then that it was a good stay"

"The room was great! My only complaint is that there are less food being served compared to other Hyatt hotels that I’ve stayed. Also, Monday morning, they did not replenish the breakfast table for clients to be able to eat. I went down 9AM, and what I had for breakfast was a small chocolate muffin, and a small plate of scrambled eggs."

"The hotel was nice and clean. The happy hour was very good. I enjoyed the drinks and snacks. Breakfast was amazing with the exception of a rude employee named Patricia or Paticia. She was very rude and many customers was complaining about her. She was Latina and seemed to be racist towards blacks. Others were allowed to get omelets for other people if they had the card. I had my husband's card and she told me that i would have to go to the back of the line to order his omelet. She shut down a...

"We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is well kept, We also love that the hotel provided two free complimentary cocktails and hors d'oeuvres at 5:00 P.M on a Saturday. We also had hot fresh breakfast to order, also free along with the booking of their rooms for the weekend. This hotel's suites are very modern, sophisticated and an overall five-star experience! "
