「Rooms are upscale, excellent beds, lovely property. 」

「Had a clean room and easy check in. This hotel is nice cause it’s right by downtown and the lake with plenty to do. It was also the nicest hotel in the area I’ve stayed (had work travel there often.) 」

「The room was fine until you look closer. Questionable residue on the curtains, the carpet felt crunchy, and I’m pretty sure one bed hadn’t been changed since the last guest. The sheets had what looked like a blood stain and other marks and a hair was present. Thank goodness we had another bed option. 「This hotel was clean and.conveniently located. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished. The valet service made parking a breeze and the employees there were great— shout out to Owen who gave us directions and always had a smile on his face. 」
