"The hotel is clean, not fancy. Free breakfast and pet friendly, so that's a must for me . A place to rest and relax after being the whole day out, just as expected. Location is good, close to Ruby Falls, and not too far from downtown. The negative for me was the staff of all areas, the front desk morning clerk and the lady in the breakfast were rude and not welcoming at all. Not even eye contact or a "good morning" , not customer service oriented at all."

"Room was clean. Pool and hot tub broken. Handicap doors broken. Breakfast was typical. Short walk to free shuttle. Staff was friendly when you could find them. "

"Rooms were fun! I enjoyed the windows with shades in the door and shower. Furnishings were very unique and complimentary to the style of the rooms."

"Overall we had a nice stay. The staff member who checked us in appeared to be new and needed to get approval to allow us to check in about 30 minutes early, and they weren’t able to answer some basic parking questions. That said, everyone we encountered at the morning breakfast was terrific—very friendly and attentive, which made for a great start to the day. The room was fairly clean and comfortable. A few spots, like behind the TV and some less visible areas, could use a little extra attention, but nothing that significantly impacted our stay. Overall, a pleasant experience."
