"The garage elevator was out of order so we had to walk up the ramp to the 5th floor at checkout. We did appreciate the removal of the parking charge. The electrical plus in the bathroom did not work so it was inconvenient to dry hair. Nice property and very clean."

"Property very clean and well kept, staff friendly and helpful. Requests honored quickly. We had a king suite and I liked the split bathroom with two sinks. Didn't like me the lighting system; all lights on or all off. Fridge and microwave. Nice free breakfast. Only con is the planes literally fly over the hotel so noisy, so bring earplugs. But proximity to airport nine minutes to airport on shuttle from hotel that runs every 30 minutes. "

"When I got off the elevator, I was a bit concerned...but realized that the place in being overhauled. The room was great. Clean and new. Worth ignoring the older hallway carpet."

"Overall great stay, great service. Right by the airport which is great but decently far from everything else so transportation was a bit to figure out. Other then the constant traffic noise it was relatively quiet. "

"I called the day before inquiring about the airport shuttle and was told that I can get on it at IAH Terminal B door 103 or Terminal A door 115. When I got there we landed at Terminal C, so I went to the Terminal B door 103 following the signs for hotel pick up. After 40 mins I called this hotel and was told that they only pick up at Terminal A door 115, because of the construction. I was upset, because I call the day before and was given the pervious stated information. Otherwise the hotel was...

"Awesome staff from parking to front desk! Upgraded to presidential for more space. My daughter's prom sendoff was perfect. Room was clean window seals need a good dusting tho! View from 16th floor was beautiful! Lobby was nice! Maintenance provided me with trash bags to clean up our mess! So I'm glad I chose holiday Inn downtown Houston."
