Our one night stay was great. The room temperature was good and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Older building that does need some repair but overall a great hotel to stay at.

The staff were amazing, helpful, and friendly. The property was dirty, smelled bad everywhere(urine/vomit/mold) from the elevators to the rooms and overall was in poor condition.

The room and stay were fine. After checking out, I found that while I had booked and paid for rooms through Expedia, Sheraton had also charged me. I have talked to robot Jolene but she sent me to another automated response that will not pass me through or give me the option to talk to a human being. You need to ditch your highly automated customer service until you work out the kinks and allow the customer to opt to talk to a human.
