「This hotel is definitely not what it used to be. Staff was non-chalant and arrogant. Room was outdated with old furniture. With such a nice new hotel next door one would think that the staff here would care more with such good competition close by. Spend a couple of extra bucks and stay next door.」

「Cleanliness and housekeeping service fell far short of expectations. I don’t know if they’re short staffed or just don’t care. I’ve stayed here several times and the rooms aren’t cleaned thoroughly. Even when you request housekeeping they may or may not actually come to clean your room.」
