「Front desk staff was not helpful, housekeeping never came to clean our room, beds were lumpy and pillows were as flat at a pancake.」

「Room was very clean aside from the bathroom mirror, I had front desk give me a rag & cleaner so I could clean it myself because by the time I checked in at 3pm housekeeping was gone for the day. We had a over all great time. Little bummed the sauna was out of service & breakfast wasn't included but there is a restaurant with 20% off coupon from hotel to use. We chose to not ro use that & just brought our own breakfast, dinner & snacks!」

「Fun place to stay with kids for the pool. The pullout couch was one of the most uncomfortable pullout couches we have ever slept on and the breakfast wasnt great. But overall we had a good stay.」

「They’re under a remodel so that was not counted against them. The pool was amazing for the kids and so was Moxies! We unfortunately were not in a recently renovated room but our friends were and it looked great! Ours was not bad though. Breakfast was good for us and it’s free so not sure why people gripe. Our frustration falls with the owners and their lack of communication and the lack of description in the rooms. We booked a deluxe after calling the hotel since the description was non-existent...

「I don’t usually write reviews but my experience at this hotel was exceptional. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful when I checked in after 9:00 and I enjoyed a tasty drink at the bar before bed. The room and bed were great, and the service at breakfast was perfect. My only quibble is that the breakfast wasn’t up to the rest of the experience. The deck overlooking the Mississippi River is stunning.」
